By using this website, you agree to these terms. They keep things fair for everyone.

Bookings and payments

When you book a tour, it's free. When you book a personal training session, payment is processed by Stripe at the time of booking. If you need to cancel or reschedule, contact us at least 24 hours before your session — within 24 hours, sessions are non-refundable unless rescheduled.

Memberships are sold and managed through our member portal (GymAssistant). Membership terms, including cancellation and the $30 sign-up fee and $25 annual maintenance fee, are governed by the membership agreement you sign at signup.

Rate locks

If you purchase a training package or monthly membership, the rate you paid is locked in for as long as you maintain continuous, on-time payments. A break in payments resets the rate to whatever is then current.

Acceptable use

Don't use this website to harass, defame, or impersonate anyone. Don't probe, scan, or interfere with the site's security mechanisms. Don't scrape content or attempt to circumvent rate limits.

Liability

This website is provided as-is. We can't guarantee it will be available, error-free, or that any information shown is current at every moment. In-gym training and gym use are governed by the waiver and membership agreement you sign in person — those documents control over anything on this site.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted with a new "last updated" date.
